ET has obtained the documents finalizing the divorce of actor-comedian Tom Arnold from
Shelby Roos, his political consultant wife.
Arnold first filed for a legal separation from Roos in August 2006,
but six months later, the 'True Lies' star asked the courts to withdraw the
request because the couple reconciled. He then filed for divorce again in May 2007. They two originally married in 2002.
Arnold was married twice before, first to Roseanne Barr from 1990 to 1994,
and later to Julie Champnella from 1995 to 1999.
"The children, delivered via gestational surrogacy, are healthy and already under Ricky's full-time care," his rep told the AP. "Ricky is elated to begin this new chapter in his life as a parent and will be spending the remainder of the year out of the public spotlight in order to spend time with his children."
The Latin superstar kept the pregnancy under wraps until now! His rep said there
was no further information about the details of the children's birth.
